1. In a mixing bowl combine water and egg, mix thoroughly.
2. Add flour, red pepper paste and salt, mix everything together.
3. Chop spinach into bite size pieces, chop green onions into 1 inch pieces and thinly slice the red hot pepper, set aside.
4. Add the spinach, green onions and hot pepper to the batter, mix well.
5. In a nonstick cooking pan pour oil and fry the pancakes in batches.
6. Fry until brown on all side, once done remove and drain in paper towel.
