Spicy Korean Spinach Pancakes

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chop
  Green onions 3 Medium, chop
  Red hot pepper 1 Teaspoon, chop
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 1
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Red pepper paste 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl combine water and egg, mix thoroughly.
2. Add flour, red pepper paste and salt, mix everything together.
3. Chop spinach into bite size pieces, chop green onions into 1 inch pieces and thinly slice the red hot pepper, set aside.
4. Add the spinach, green onions and hot pepper to the batter, mix well.

MAKING
5. In a nonstick cooking pan pour oil and fry the pancakes in batches.
6. Fry until brown on all side, once done remove and drain in paper towel.

SERVING
7. Serve the spinach pancakes hot.
