For the soup
  Daikon radish 1 Medium, chopped
  Sweet onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Star anise 2 Ounce
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄2 Medium
  Whole cloves 2 Medium
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh ginger root slices 1 Medium
  Raw sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Other optional ingredients
  Coconut aminos 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
  Lemon grass 1 Teaspoon (As needed)
  Sweet basil 1 Tablespoon (As needed)
  Mint 1 Tablespoon (As needed)
  Jalapeno 2 Tablespoon (As needed)
For the noodles
  Kelp noodles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet potato 1 Cup (16 tbs) (In the noodles form)
  Zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs) (In the noodles form)
For the topping
  Sriracha hot chili sauce To Taste
  Hoisin sauce To Taste
  Plum sauce To Taste (Pineapples, Vinegar, Peppers)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mung beans)
  Thai basil 1 Tablespoon (Sweet)
  Green onions 1 Tablespoon, thinly sliced (As needed)
  Lime wedges 4 Medium (As needed)
  Chili peppers 2 Medium, quartered (As needed)

1. In a blender, combine the radish, sweet onion, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, ginger, sugar, salt and other optional ingredients.
2. Place some noodles into each serving bowl.
3. Ladle the prepared soup over the noodles in the bowl.
4. Serve with your favorite sauce on the side.
5. Set onion, cilantro, bean sprouts, basil, green onions, and lime out at the table for individuals to add toppings of their liking.

6. Serve right away.
