Miso Veggie Dip

This recipe is a very simple miso veggie dip that you can easily whip up in a couple minutes. You can even modify it so you can use it as a Japanese inspired salad dressing. Take it and enjoy it!
  Miso paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Tahini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh chives/Green onions 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped finely

1. Take a bowl and add the miso paste with the water. Blend it using a whisk till the paste is dissolved.
2. Add tahini and blend it in. Add lemon juice and some chopped fresh chives into the mix.

3. Serve with some freshly julienned vegetables.
