Ingredients
  Onions 2 Small, sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Directions

"Combine all ingredients; pour over lamb.
Toss to coat all pieces thoroughly.
Cover; refrigerate over- night.
Toss again; allow lamb cubes to remain in mar- inade until ready to place on skewers."
