Pineapple Pork Kebabs

Ingredients
  Pork 3 Pound (Preferably Fresh Ham)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Onions 3 Small
  Green peppers 2
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by trimming away fat from the meat, then cut into 1-inch cubes

MAKING
2. Combine the next 4 ingredeints and stir in pork, then chill in refrigerator for a few hours
3.Meanwhile, cut the onions in half and peppers into 1-inch-square pieces also remove pork from marinade and dredge in cornstarch
4. Take a skewer,and pierce onion, green pepper and pineapple chunks
5. Grill the skewers holding the kebabs

SERVING
5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, if desired

TIPS
Rice garnished with red and green peppers and salad are excellent accompaniments, also offer fresh fruit either during or after the main course
