Asian Style Bean sprout Salad

Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 10 Ounce (275 g)
  Red pepper 1 Medium, deseeded and diced
  Cauliflower florets 8 Ounce (225 g)
  Button mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (100 g)
  Sunflower oil 15 Milliliter (1 tbsp)
  Red wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon (10 ml)
  Concentrated apple juice 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Shoyu 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Fresh ginger root 1⁄2 Inch, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl combine the different salad ingredients.

MAKING
2. In a screw top jar put all the dressing ingredients together.
3. Shake to mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve beansprout salad with dressing.
