Yogurt Marinated Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Boneless lamb shoulder/Lamb leg 2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Small onion 1 , grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by trimming the gristle from the lamb, and also cutting it into 1-inch cubes

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine all the remaining ingredeints, and blend with the help of a whisk
3. In the mixture, add in the lamb chunks, stir well to coat each piece with the mixture, then chill it overnight in the refrigerator
4. Take a skewer, and pierce each piece of meat in it leaving no space within the chunks
5. On the skewer holding the meat pieces, sprinkle paprika and sesame seed

SERVING
6. Serve with a sauce of your choice (tarter sauce, mint sauce, tomato sauce)

TIPS
Ratatouille, cooked beforehand and kept warm while kebabs are grilled, makes this meal party fare
