  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bananas 3
  Vanilla essence/Powdered vanilla pod To Taste
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat together eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk, and stir the mixture.
2) Mix in the banana slices.
3) Transfer the egg mixture into a steamer bowl.
4) Steam gently for 30 to 40 minutes until set.

SERVING
5) Slice into squares and serve warm.
