Humus Bi Tahini

Ingredients
  Cooked chickpeas 4 Cup (64 tbs), or canned
  Tahini 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sesame Butter)
  Liquid from beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING:
1) All ingredients are pureed in a food processor, till they blend.
2) Garlic is mixed well.
3) A little liquid from the cooked beans is added to the mixture, if needed. The processor is stopped a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the work bowl, with the help of a rubber spatula.

FINALIZING:
4) This humus is covered and refrigerated for a few hours. This will help the flavors to blend in well. It keeps in the refrigerator for at least a week. (This dish can be frozen, if it needs to kept for a longer period).

SERVING:
5) The humus is served at room temperature.
