Ingredients
  Chicken 500 Gram
  Indonesian chix base 200 Gram
  Lemon grass 4
  Coriander powder 50 Gram
  Coconut milk 400 Milliliter
  Onion 100 Gram
  Garlic 50 Gram
  Chicken stock 100 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Gram
  Appam batter 200 Gram
Directions

Add oil, garlic and onion and sauté
-Add chix base add coriander powder, lemon grass add season
-Add adequate chicken stock and coconut milk and season
-in appam batter add turmeric and make appam in appam maker...as normal way
