Oriental Chicken Salad

|Cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Lite russian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded lettuce||4 Ounce|
1 In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, except lettuce.
2 Toss lightly.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
4 Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce.
