Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Lite russian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded lettuce 4 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, except lettuce.
2 Toss lightly.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill.

SERVING
4 Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce.
