Asian Beef Wraps

Ingredients
  Instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (UNCLE BEN'S Brand)
  6 inch flour tortillas 8
  Seasoned stir fry oil 2 Teaspoon
  Beef boneless steak strip 2 , cut into 2 inch strips (thin)
  Frozen stir fry peppers and onions 8 Ounce (1/2 package)
  Stir fry sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 As per the package directions, cook rice.
2 Keep warm.
3 As per the package directions, heat the tortillas.
4 Keep warm.
5 In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
6 Add beef and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
7 Add in peppers and onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
8 Blend in stir-fry sauce and water.
9 Lower the heat and simmer gently for 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
10 Remove from the heat.
11 In the center of each tortilla, place 1/4 cup cooked rice.
12 Top with 1/4 cup beef mixture and about 1 1/2 teaspoons green onions.
13 Carefully fold in both sides of tortillas.
14 Roll up tightly from the bottom, keeping the filling firmly packed.

SERVING
15 Diagonally slice each wrap into pieces.
