Zesty Island Chicken Kabobs
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||8 Ounce (2 pieces)|
|Orange||1 Small, cut into wedges|
|Pineapple chunks||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (fresh or canned)|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Green bell pepper||To Taste, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Teriyaki sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided|
|Boil in bag rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 bag, UNCLE BEN'S Brand)|
1 Cut the chicken into 1 -inch pieces.
2 Onto four 10-inch skewers, alternately thread chicken, orange, pineapple, red bell and green bell peppers.
3 Brush the kabobs with some teriyaki sauce.
4 Grill or broil kabobs for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5 Turn once and brush occasionally with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
6 As per the package directions prepare the rice.
7 Serve kabobs over rice.
