Zesty Island Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 8 Ounce (2 pieces)
  Orange 1 Small, cut into wedges
  Pineapple chunks 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (fresh or canned)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Green bell pepper To Taste, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Teriyaki sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided
  Boil in bag rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 bag, UNCLE BEN'S Brand)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the chicken into 1 -inch pieces.
2 Onto four 10-inch skewers, alternately thread chicken, orange, pineapple, red bell and green bell peppers.

MAKING
3 Brush the kabobs with some teriyaki sauce.
4 Grill or broil kabobs for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5 Turn once and brush occasionally with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
6 As per the package directions prepare the rice.

SERVING
7 Serve kabobs over rice.
