Red Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 cans, 8 ounces each)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped for 1/2 cup
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium-size bowl, add tomato sauce, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and cayenne. Mix until well blended.
2. Refrigerate in a tightly covered jar.

SERVING
3. Use as a topping sauce for Asian dishes or use it as you please.
