Dar Nl Pom With Semolina

  Rava/Semolina 100 Gram
  Wheat flour 50 Gram
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rose essence 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch

â-‚¬¢ Put the semolina, wheat flour and salt in a large thala. Add half a cup of water and mix well, kneading it as you do for chappatis. Add the rose essence and a teaspoon of ghee and knead for a further 10 minutes then divide into two rounds and set aside.
