Korean Galbi Barbeque

  Galbi short ribs 1 Pound (Bone Or Boneless)
  Lettuce 6
  Sesame leaves 6
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Red pomegranate vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking wine 2 Tablespoon
  Korean singo pear 1
  Onion 1⁄2 (White Or Brown)
  Sweetener/Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Gochujang chili paste 1 Tablespoon
  Scallions/Green onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil/Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced

1. Add all the ingredients for the marinade in a blender and blend until you get a smooth puree. Transfer into a large bowl.
2. Dip the galbi short ribs in the marinade, one at a time and neatly arrange them onto a plate.
3. Cover with a wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Pan grill the meat in an iron skillet or Korean BBQ pan with some cooking oil.
5. Cut into bite size pieces with kitchen scissors.
6. Mix all the ingredients for ssamjang sauce in a bowl.

7. Serve with fresh lettuce, sesame leaves and ssamjang sauce
