Ingredients
  Soybeans 100
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil/1 tablespoon fresh basil 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Shell soybeans after cooking in boiling water 10 minutes.
2. Saute cooked beans in butter, basil and salt to taste.

SERVING
3. Serve the beans with a topping of grated cheese or as desired.
