Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Absolutely loved Easy Chicken Noodle Soup so much. Bring some chicken stock to boil and plonk in chopped chicken breast and garlic clove to join the party. Once boiling add in spring onions, mushrooms & sweetcorn. Flavor it as you wish with herbs and spices...I went for soy sauce, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and ground ginger. Bubble away for twenty minutes and then serve whilst hot.
Ingredients
  Chicken stock 900 Milliliter, finely diced
  Chicken breast 1 Large
  Garlic clove 1 , finely chopped
  Rice noodles 100 Gram
  Canned sweet corn 2 Tablespoon (1 small tin)
  Mushroom 4 , sliced
  Spring onions 2 , finely chopped
  Soy sauce 20 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Place a saucepan on flame, pour stock and add garlic and chicken in it. Stir and bring it to a boil.
2. Add spring onion, sweet corn, mushroom, and noodles.
3. Stir in soy sauce, ground ginger, and chili powder.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
