Liver Kebab

Ingredients
Liver-1, cut into cubes
Beaten curd-50 grams
Garam masala-1 tablespoon
Garlic-4 flakes
Ginger-1-inch piece
Green chilies-4
Nutmeg-A big pinch
Mace- a big pinch
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder -to taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Make a paste of garlic, ginger and chillies.
2) Mix it with curd, salt and other spices.
3) Marinate the liver in this mixture for an hour.
4) Skewer the liver pieces and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle some ghee and roast them until done.

SERVING
5) Serve the liver kabobs with some chutney or dip.
