A very easy, healthy and quick recipe. Has lots of vegetables, very small amount of oil and yet very very tasty. A good way to end up all leftovers from refrigerator. Can be prepared without much planning, a complete time saver recipe!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced green pepper
Sliced red pepper
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chilli garlic sauce
Boil noodles as per packet instructions, drain water from it.
Heat oil, add chopped garlic and saute for 10 seconds. Add broccoli, carrot, onion, mix and saute for 10 seconds.
Add green pepper, mushroom, Green peas mix and cook for 10 seconds.
Add shredded cabbage, mix, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce and mix.
Add noodles, soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, vinegar mix and quickly mix with vegetables.
Garnish with spring onions.
