Oriental Daikon Salad

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Daikon white radishes 3 Medium, sliced diagonally (2 Cup)
  Mushrooms 3 Ounce, sliced (1 Cup)
  Green onions 3 Medium (1/4 Cup)
  Bibb lettuce leaves 6
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) To make the dressing, in a large container, mix vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, gingerroot, sesame oil and salt. Keep it aside.

MAKING
2) Now, mix mushrooms, onions and daikon in another bowl.
3) Pour the dressing over mushrooms, onions and daikon.
4) Toss all the ingredients well.
5) Place the salad in a container with a lid and refrigerate it until chilled.

SERVING
6) Spread lettuce leaves on salad plate and pour the salad over it.
7) Sprinkle some sesame seeds before serving.
