Easy Beef Shawarma

Skewer beef recipe. It has simple spices and doesn't need much preparation or efforts. Tastes best with cucumber or garlic dressing. Many like it with tahini sauce as well. Make a wrap and enjoy.
Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Onion 1⁄4 , thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1⁄4 , thinly sliced
  Tomato 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Tahini sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless beef 200 Gram, cut into pieces
  Pita bread 1
For marinade
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Cayanne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cold coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. To the beef pieces,add lemon juice, garlic, oil, onion, allspice, cayenne, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
2. Transfer to a glass bowl, pour cold coffee, cover and refrigerate for about a day.
3. Preheat oven to 400F.

MAKING
4. Arrange the beef pieces on a skewer. Place the skewer on a foil.
5. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes.
6. On the pita bread, place lettuce leaves, shave the beef over lettuce.Add onion, cucumber, tomato, and cheese and squirt tahini sauce. Roll the pita bread.

SERVING
7. Serve with your choice of beverage.
