Ayam Bakar Rica-Rica

Ayam Bakar Rica-Rica, is a simple yet a very delicious dish. Rica-Rica is a spicy paste from picturesque Sulawesi Islands, which really gives character to the simple chicken. A must try and enjoy the spice of life.
Ingredients
  Lemon 2 , juiced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken 3 Pound, cubed
  Shallots 4 Large, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced
  Ginger root piece 1⁄2 Inch, sliced
  Red chiles 5 , sliced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt and sugar together and rub all over the chicken. Set aside for 15 minutes.

MAKING
2. In a blender, blend shallots, garlic, ginger and chilies to form a paste.
3. In a skillet, heat oil, add paste and cook for 5 minutes on moderate heat.
4. Add chicken, and cook with paste until well cooked and slightly charred.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
