Ingredients
For asian coleslaw
  Shredded napa cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Chinese)
  Chopped jicama 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For sesame dressing
  Rice vinegar/White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix all the ingredients of the sesame dressing to make the dressing.

MAKING
2) To make the Asian coleslaw salad, toss the ingredients together.
3) Drizzle the sesame dressing.
4) Mix again.

SERVING
6) Serve the Asian Coleslaw salad for a healthy raw meal.
