Chicken Meatloaf With Hoisin Glaze

Ingredients
  Ground chicken 2 Pound
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Scallions 2 , chopped (White, Light Green And Dark Green)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Finely chopped red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped chili pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh grated ginger 1 Tablespoon (1 Inch)
  Heavy cream/Whipping / sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix it well. Place the meat in the middle of an aluminum foil lined roasting pan. Form a loaf. Cover with half of the Hoisin glaze.
Bake meatloaf for 30 minutes. Apply the rest of the Hoisin glaze and cook for another 30 minutes or until loaf is cooked through. Remove from oven and allow sitting for 10 minutes before slicing.
