Egg Foo Yung
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Small, chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Steamed brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a bowl beat eggs.
2) Stir in all ingredients except rice.
3) Mix lightly just to blend.
4) In a large heavy skillet, heat little oil.
5) Fry in small pancake size portions.
6) Fry until golden on both sides.
7) Serve with hot steamed rice to which soy sauce has been added.
