Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Lean lamb 2 Pound
  Season all 2 Teaspoon
  Coarse ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Msg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium
  Green pepper 1 Large
  Onions 12 Small
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Make 2 inch cubes of the meat and marinate it in the mixture of Season all, black pepper, oregano leaves, minced onion, MSG, thyme, allspice, lemon juice and oil for 1 hour in refrigerator.
2.Toss the meat in between.
3.Cut tomatoes into quarters and dice the pepper.
4.Peel outer skins of onions.
5.Toss vegetables with the melted butter.

MAKING
6. Onto each skewer, thread a cube of meat, tomato, green pepper and onion and repeat the arrangement.
7.Broil kabobs for 8 minutes by placing 4 inches from heat.
8.Turn and broil for 6 more minutes until brown.
9. Apply marinade while broiling.

SERVING
10.Serve warm with pilaf or white rice.
