  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinned with a squeeze of lime and seasoned with hot pepper or sambal
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), julienne or grated
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), julienne or grated
  Jalapeno 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Asian fish sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
