Egg Foo Young
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Shrimp||2 Ounce, chopped (Cooked / Canned)|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Fresh/ Canned, Drained)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diagonally sliced|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1) In a bowl, mix together egg, shrimps, sprouts, celery, parsley, onion flakes, salt and pepper.
2) Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
3) In a heated non-stick pan, drop the egg mixture a spoonful at a time.
4) Simmer until golden browned on both the sides by flipping it once.
5) Serve hot.
Shrimps can be replaced with cooked veal or chicken
