Guava Sherbet

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk/Light cream 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Honey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned whole guavas 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained and mashed
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl add water and sften gelatin in it.
2 In a pan, scald the milk.
3 Stir in gelatin and honey.
4 Pour in freezer trays.
5 Transfer into a bowl, when the liquid begins to freeze.
6 Blend in mashed guavas and ginger.
7 Return to freezer tray and freeze until solid.

SERVING
8 Serve as desired.
