|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk/Light cream||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Honey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned whole guavas||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained and mashed|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
1 In a bowl add water and sften gelatin in it.
2 In a pan, scald the milk.
3 Stir in gelatin and honey.
4 Pour in freezer trays.
5 Transfer into a bowl, when the liquid begins to freeze.
6 Blend in mashed guavas and ginger.
7 Return to freezer tray and freeze until solid.
8 Serve as desired.
