Orange Buttermilk Sherbet
|Orange rind||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Fresh orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1 Set the refrigerator control to coldest setting.
2 In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
3 In a refrigerator tray, ur the mixture.
4 Let freeze partially.
5 Transfer the mixture to a chilled bowl, and beat until fluffy.
6 Pour again into the tray and freeze until firm.
7 Serve as desired.
