Hibachi Appetizer Kabobs

Ingredients
  Cocktail wieners 5 Ounce (1 Package, Oscar Mayer Brand)
  Precooked mini smoked sausages 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Little Smokies, Oscar Mayer Brand)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, liquid reserved (1 Can)
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Oranges 2 , cut into wedges
For honey sauce
  Pineapple liquid 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Reserved From Canned Pineapple Chunks)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients for sauce and blend well.
2. Heat on a medium low flame stirring constantly, until sauce is thick and bubbly.
3. On each skewer, thread one of each sausage alternating with a pineapple chunk, lemon wedge, and orange wedge.
4. Grill the kabobs on a hibachi, barbecue or electric grill.
5. Baste the kabobs with the prepared sauce while grilling and turning.

SERVING
6. Serve the Hibachi Appetizer Kabobs hot.
