Lilikoi Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 2 Pound
  Frozen lilikoi juice concentrate 1 Can (10 oz), thawed (passion fruit)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned button mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 can)
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare the chicken breasts by boning them and cutting into bite-size pieces.
2. Marinate in lilikoi juice 2 or 3 hours.
3. On skewers thread chicken pieces alternately with pineapple chunks and mushrooms and grill on a hibachi 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with lilikoi juice.

SERVING
4. Serve the chicken pieces poured over with the basted liquid.
