Hummus With Pumpkin And Pomegranate

Ingredients
  Cooked chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mashed cooked pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tahini 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (sesame seed paste)
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Pomegranates 1 , opened and seeds separated
  Pitas 8 , split and warmed
Directions

MAKING
1) Puree the chickpeas, pumpkin, tahini, parsley and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
2) Transfer to a serving plate.
3) Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the hummus.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled or at room temperature with the pitas.
