|Chopped fresh spearmint leaves/1 teaspoon dried mint leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|Black olives/Kalamata / oil cured||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted, sliced|
|Crumbled feta cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), or cubed|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Take a salad bowl, add all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and toss thoroughly.
2. Allow the salad to chill for at least 3 hours for the flavors to blend.
3. Serve in chilled salad plates lined with raw grapes, lettuce, cabbage leaves, or tacos.
