Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 Small
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Slice impeded cucumber.
Discard ends.
Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt and white pepper thoroughly.
Pour over cucumber.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Allow to stand 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator before serving.
