Yemeni Pastry

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (Mixed Nuts)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Small Bowl)
Directions

Sieve flour and salt into a large bowl and work butter into it.
Add beaten eggs and milk, mix well and form into a soft dough.
Divide dough into medium-sized balls and roll out into wafer-thin circles.
Place one circle on a baking tin, spread over melted butter and a few chopped nuts.
Lay another circle lightly on the first, spread butter and sprinkle nuts.
Continue this process until all the pastry circles are used up.
If the pastry is not rolled out thin and light, make two stacks instead of one.
Bake in a mod oven 350° for 45 mins, until golden brown, serve hot with a bowl of honey, spooning a little honey and a few nuts on top.
