Korean Chicken Wings
|Chicken wings||2 Pound, lightly salted|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chopped garlic||2 Teaspoon|
Lightly salt chicken wings which may be disjointed or whole.
Mix remaining ingredients; add chicken wings.
The marinade will be very dry but work in the wings a few at a time, to coat well.
Marinade 4 hours or overnight and fry in just enough hot oil to cover and brown.
