Speedy Steak Kabobs
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), cut in slivers|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Steak||1 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes (Sirloin / T-Bone)|
|Green pepper wedge||4|
|Canned pineapple chunks||4 Ounce, drained|
|Canned artichoke hearts||4 Ounce, drained|
In deep bowl, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and marjoram.
Marinate beef cubes for 30 minutes or longer.
Drain; thread onto wooden skewers alternately with assortment of vegetables.
Arrange skewers on microwave-safe dinner plate or platter.
Micro-cook at high for 2 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness, rearranging skewers after 1 minute.
