Ingredients
  Chicken wings 4 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Shoyu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced
  Green onion stalk 1 , minced
  Chili pepper 1 , seeded and minced
Directions

Salt chicken and dredge in flour.
Deep fry chicken wings and dip while hot in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
