Spicy Pork

Ingredients
  Pork 1 Kilogram
  Onions 5 Large, sliced
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 8
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Cloves 4
  Cardamoms 4
  Peppercorns 10
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Ginger piece 2 Inch
  Green chilies 4 , slit
  Baby potatoes 250 Gram, boiled, peeled
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Deep fry the potatoes to a golden colour.
Roast and grind together all the spices, chillies, ginger and garlic in vinegar.
Heat 4 tblsps ghee and fry the onions to a golden colour.
Add pork and spices.
Cook till the pork is golden in colour.
Cover with hot water.
When the pork is tender and the gravy thick, mix in the potatoes.
Serve hot.
