Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large
  Seedless oranges 2
  Chicken 6 Pound
  Chicken 6 Pinch, cut in frying pieces
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Pound
  Whole blanched almonds 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Pimiento 3 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Put the onions and oranges through the coarse blade of food chopper.
2) Coat the chicken with flour.
3) In a skillet, add salad oil and heat.
4) You can use 2 small ones, if you do not own a very large one.
5) Allow the chicken to brown well on all sides and remove from the skillet.
6) Add in the rice and almonds, and cook till golden brown.
7) Spread the rice out on the base of the skillet.
8) Add in the onions and orange.
9) Arrange the chicken over the rice.
10) Add in the remaining ingredients.
11) Cover and cook on outdoor grill for about 1 hour.

SERVING
12) Serve hot.
