Indonesian Pork Chops N Zesty Relish
|Steak sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Diced seeded peeled cucumbers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Boneless pork loin chops||24 Ounce (6 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each)|
In small bowl, combine steak sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
Stir cucumber, radishes, onion and coconut into remaining sauce; chill.
Grill pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and brushing often with reserved sauce.
Serve hot with cucumber relish.
