Indonesian Pork Chops N Zesty Relish

Ingredients
  Steak sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Diced seeded peeled cucumbers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Boneless pork loin chops 24 Ounce (6 Pieces, 4 Ounce Each)
Directions

In small bowl, combine steak sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, garlic and ginger; reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
Stir cucumber, radishes, onion and coconut into remaining sauce; chill.
Grill pork chops over medium heat for 10 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and brushing often with reserved sauce.
Serve hot with cucumber relish.
