Chili Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Dark soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Minced red chili pepper/1/2 teaspoon crushed hot pepper 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Hot)
  White distilled vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth/Water 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oriental sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Let stand for 30 minutes and serve at room temperature.
