Tung Sun Ch'Ao Jo
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced bamboo shoots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan; when it is hot, add bamboo shoots and saute for 2 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Mix next 4 ingredients and coat sliced pork.
Reheat pan with remaining 2 tablespoons oil and saute pork for about 5 minutes.
Add bamboo shoots and water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 minute, stirring all the time.
Serve very hot in a shallow dish.
Makes 4 servings.
