Asian Style Spinach

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach/10 ounces prewashed spinach 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and drain spinach, removing any wilted leaves.
Crush garlic.
Heat oil with garlic in saucepan over high heat.
Remove garlic.
Add spinach and stir until oil is thoroughly mixed in.
Add salt and sugar and mix well.
Cook 2 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
