Korean Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Flank steak 4
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onion stalks 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut flank steak into 2" piece slices and marinate in remaining ingredients, except eggs and flour.
Soak for at least 30 minutes.
Coat each piece with flour, dip in egg and fry in just enough hot oil so meat won't burn.
Add more oil as needed.
Serve plain or with dipping sauce made with shoyu, sugar and vinegar to taste with a little chopped green onion.
