Asian Style Sweet And Pungent Squab

Ingredients
  Squabs 3 , quartered
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Coriander seeds 6 , crushed
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Green peppers To Taste
  Cucumbers 2 , diced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the squab with salt and pepper

MAKING
2. In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the squab till completed cooked.
3. Add the garlic halfway during the cooking process and sauté
4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes till done
5. In a large pan, place the cornstarch, sugar, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and coriander and mix well
6. Add this sauce to the squabs and stir steadily till the mixture is thick
7. Add the tomatoes, onions, green peppers and coriander last and cover and cook for 7 minutes

SERVING
8. Serve warm.
