Korean Aburage

Ingredients
  Aburaage 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Package)
  Aburage 4 Ounce (1 package)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), mashed
  Wesson oil/Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shoyu 3 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon, roasted and crushed
  Ajinomoto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ajino-moto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili pepper To Taste
  Chili pepper To Taste, crushed
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Sliver aburage.

MAKING
2) Mix aburage with rest of the ingredients and marinate for a whole night.
3) Stir in more shoyu, if desired.

SERVING
4) Serve with the marinade.
