Chicken Yakitori Kebabs
|Chicken breast halves||4 (Boneless, Skinless)|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced|
|Zucchini||1 Small, cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
1 Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
2 In a flat glass pan, place the chicken cubes.
3 Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
5 On to the skewers alternately thread the chicken, tomatoes and zucchini.
6 Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if required.
7 Grill the skewers horizontally for 7-8 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and zucchini is tender.
8 Serve immediately.
